In times when prioritizing self-care holds immense value, we are rediscovering the transformative benefits of indulging in a soothing facial massage. By incorporating gentle pushing, pressing, or rolling techniques into your daily skincare routine, paired with the application of our Eros face and body oil, you can fortify both body and mind while achieving a radiant complexion.
To address areas of energy stagnation on Ziggy’s face following his significant surgery, we developed a specialized V technique. This technique is specifically designed to stimulate those specific areas and promote improved energy flow.
Unveiling the Advantages of Facial Massage
IGNITES YOUR RADIANCE: Improved blood circulation is a universal perk of massage. For your skin, this means an enhanced supply of oxygen and vital nutrients, resulting in improved overall skin health and the coveted lit-from-within glow.
COMBATS INFLAMMATION: Inadequate microcirculation beneath the skin can lead to a congested lymphatic system. The buildup of toxins can manifest as inflammation, breakouts, dryness, and fine lines. By incorporating massage techniques alongside ingredients known to support microcirculation—such as frankincense and Carrot seed oil found in our Eros oil —you can nurture a healthy lymphatic system.
RELEASES TENSION: Facial muscles tend to hold tension, especially during times of heightened stress. This is particularly true for individuals prone to jaw clenching. A facial massage helps alleviate muscle tension and can even contribute to skin firmness.
ENHANCES WELL-BEING: Dedicate a few minutes each day to a gentle face massage and witness the positive impact it has on your overall sense of well-being. Combine this practice with slow, deep inhalations of the naturally luxurious aroma of Eros oil for an elevated experience.
Steps to Begin Your Journey
Our V Push/Press method, designed to stimulate blood flow and increase microcirculation while applying Eros, serves as our signature massage technique. By firmly pushing and pressing into your skin for 30 seconds, you create a pump-like action that promotes circulation. Additionally, gently push your index finger into the lymph node behind your ears to stimulate detoxification and lymphatic drainage.
Follow this by sweeping your fingers firmly across both sides of your face, working from the center outwards. For the forehead, sweep your fingers from above the eyebrows upwards toward the hairline. Face rolling tools, particularly those crafted from naturally cool stones that can be chilled in the fridge, are also excellent for facial massages. Remember to always roll in upward motions instead of up and down for optimal results.
