Sideritis (also known as ironwart and mountain tea) is what makes Centenarian Bloom Tea so magical. Found on rocky slopes on elevations over 1,500 metres, this flowering plant has been used for centuries by the ancient Greeks to aid digestion, strengthen the immune system and ease aches and pains.
Centenarian Bloom Tea also contains high levels of antioxidants and large amounts of essential oils, flavonoids, sterols, and other phytonutrients – natural chemicals and compounds produced by plants that can help support a healthy human body.
